VoiceFlow Privacy Policy

Summary: VoiceFlow processes your voice locally and through secure AI services. We don't store
your voice recordings or transcriptions. Your API keys are encrypted on your device.
Information We Collect
VoiceFlow collects minimal information necessary for the app to function:
- Voice recordings: Temporarily captured when you tap the microphone button, processed
immediately, then deleted.
- API keys: Your Groq and Gemini API keys are stored encrypted on your device only.
How We Use Your Information
- Voice-to-text conversion: Your voice is sent to Groq's Whisper API for transcription.
- Text formatting (optional): Transcribed text may be sent to Google Gemini for formatting.
We do not use your data for any other purpose.
Third-Party Services
VoiceFlow uses these third-party services:
Data Security
- API keys are stored using Android's EncryptedSharedPreferences
- All network communication uses HTTPS encryption
- Voice recordings are never saved to storage
- No data is sent to our servers — we don't have any
Data Retention
VoiceFlow does not retain any of your data. Voice recordings are processed in memory and immediately discarded.
Transcribed text is inserted into your app and not stored by VoiceFlow.
Children's Privacy
Since we do not collect any personal data from any users, we naturally do not collect data from children. If you
are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact
us.
Your Rights
Since we don't collect or store personal data, there is no data to access, correct, or delete. You can uninstall
the app at any time to remove all locally stored preferences.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy occasionally. Significant changes will be communicated through app updates.
