Summary: VoiceFlow keeps a history of your transcribed texts on your device so you can re-use them later. Your voice recordings are never saved — only the resulting text is stored. All API keys are encrypted. No data is sent to our servers.

How We Use Your Information

The resulting text is inserted into the active app and saved to your on-device History (unless you were typing into a password field). We do not use your data for any other purpose.

VoiceFlow retains the last 20 transcribed texts on your device in the History feature. You can clear this at any time using the Clear History button. Voice recordings are never retained — they are processed in memory and immediately discarded after transcription.

Children's Privacy

VoiceFlow does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Since we do not operate any servers, no data from any user (including children) is transmitted to us.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy occasionally. Significant changes will be communicated through app updates.
